BSC adaptation

Read-only BSC finalized token/treasury evidence and public DEX market data are available; full standard Transfer-holder pins are verified locally and public webpage research can supplement attributed token evidence. Bound Flap stateVersion/phase/curve/quota is now checked through actual official public BSC reads and attributed public market API evidence. Remaining: Comprehensive cross-venue/token-risk classifier and arbitrary implementation support remain unimplemented. Bound phase/curve inspection is a narrower verified read.
