BSC adaptation

Four reviewed exact-owner routes support native/own/approved asset acquisition and exit; swaps use fresh fixed server quote/route and receipt-derived net attribution. V2 standing scope remains own sell and approved native buy. Remaining: Token-token/exact-output/multi-venue routes, generic asset-risk classification and new V2 semantic authority are not implemented.
