Persisted RULE conditions/cooldown/max-runs/full prefunding now reach genuine independently EOA-authorized finite operator signatures, submission and canonical receipts through main model task completion. Generic unreviewed actions receive no authority. Remaining: Original broad rule action set is not implemented beyond the reviewed fixed own-token-buy program action. Production fixed program signer/state-callback HTTPS+separate secrets, actual immutable vault/Portal/token/adapter identities and full history RPC, funded native escrow/operator gas, real EOA finite grant and explicit per-scope/model/scheduler permission; no such production run is proved locally.
