Implementation boundary

BSC adaptation

Official v2 exact post, bounded recent search and conversation-thread adapters are in strict dispatcher. Each actual HTTP page is quota-counted; partial sources/unknown cost persist in independent D1 attempts without blind retry. Remaining: Authoritative X-dollar billing reconciliation is not implemented; historical/private/deleted/full-conversation coverage is deliberately not claimed. Real X read authorization, provider access/tier and sanctioned real-call verification are absent.
