BSC adaptation

Prefunded DCA slices now use actual finite EOA authorization, canonical fixed quotes, independent operator gas/caps and actual main model and separate scheduler execution. Local receipt completion and replay are proved; program BURN remains DEAD retirement. Remaining: Actual supply-reducing purchased-principal binding is not implemented by program BURN=DEAD mode. Production fixed program signer/state-callback HTTPS+separate secrets, actual immutable vault/Portal/token/adapter identities and full history RPC, funded native escrow/operator gas, real EOA finite grant and explicit per-scope/model/scheduler permission; no such production run is proved locally.
