BSC adaptation

Reviewed native-to-own-token route now reaches genuine exact-owner shared execution; RULE/DCA local buy or DEAD mode also settle actual receipts. Supply-burn is a separate explicit reviewed operation. Remaining: Automatic principal binding for every user-coin buyback-to-true-burn route is not implemented; old V2 does not authorize own-token buys. Platform pool/index/keeper code is implemented and locally evidenced, not real Flap fee settlement. The specifically verified current FlapV3 implementation keeps totalSupply unchanged on retirement transfers and has no public burn selector. Its platform-token supply-burn route is incompatible even with all keys. Local FixedBurnToken pool success does not repair that reviewed implementation. Actual reviewed Flap/BSC deployments and operator-approved live funds/signatures.
