Implementation boundary

BSC adaptation

Actual separate fresh Chromium read-only static capture archives text/bounded HTML/PNG thumbnails and three navigation-scroll frames in D1/R2. Private default, explicit publication and real coin-detail replay are wired. Remaining: Live view/continuous video is not evidenced by retained static snapshots. Production restricted gateway/network/container policy and durable service operation are unverified.
